Size-Related Exchanges

You can request an exchange for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery, at no additional cost. If the size you need is unavailable (e.g., if 3XL is too small or XS is too large), you may choose a refund or exchange for another item of similar value. Returns & Quality Defects
- We accept returns only for quality defects. In such cases, you can choose between a refund or an exchange. Please initiate returns via our exchange portal or by emailing contact@bigbills.in.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item, credited to your UPI or bank account.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@bigbills.in.
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 days via air shipping across India. We will notify you of any delays.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at contact@bigbills.in for a replacement or refund.
